COMPACT Beta version
A naive Bayes classifier for inferring macromolecular assemblies
COMPACT will generate the crystal lattice from the PDB coordinates, unit cell and space group information. Then it will identify the biological interfaces using naive Bayes classifier. Ths beta version of COMPACT will output the binary subunits whose contacts are biological as per classifier. User can download the coordinates of that binary subunits.

Since, COMPACT will generate crystal lattice from unit cell and space group information so, please be sure that the PDB file you are uploading contains that information.
